Scroll to the top of our website and under log in tab , click Create Account and fill in your details.
If you wish to register as an authorized dealer, you may visit the Dealer Portal and complete the necessary registration process. Registration as a dealer is subject to approval by Synthesis Technology Sdn Bhd.
By using a password provided by our B2B team, authorized dealers can access an updated dealer page tailored for dealer purchases. The dealer price is updated periodically to reflect the latest offerings and pricing structures. The B2B purchasing service is exclusively available to registered dealers authorized by Synthesis Technology Sdn Bhd. Access is not extended to regular customers or consumers
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and submit your order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that we receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.
1. For Store Pick Up: A Whatsapp confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. You may collect your item(s) at any time during our working hours.
2. For Express Shipping: Your order will be processed and we will notify you your tracking number once your order is packed and ready to ship.
It may take up to 3 business days (exclude Saturday, Sunday & public holidays) from your order date to process and ship out your parcel. If your order is placed on a Friday, your parcel will likely be shipped out on the following Monday or the next business day.
Currently, we only accept online banking (FPX) payments. Stay tuned as we plan to introduce more payment options soon
We do not offer international shipping currently.
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimate for delivery.
Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp for verification of the product's condition. Once the issue is confirmed, you may proceed with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for our further action.
